Welcome to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Frankel Amsalem & Co. Law Firm Website (hereinafter: “the Website”). The Website is operated by Frankel Amsalem & Co. (hereinafter: “the Website Management” or “the Company”).
The Website serves as a digital, marketing, and branding showcase and does not provide professional advice (professional advice will be provided personally and not publicly).
General
The provisions in these terms apply equally to both genders; the use of masculine language is for convenience only.
The provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the terms of use appearing on the Website define the legal relationship between the client and the Website, the terms of use of the Website and/or product orders from the Website, and signify the client's agreement to these and additional terms appearing on the Website.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update these Terms at any time.
These terms apply to use of the Website and its included services via any computer or communication device (such as mobile phones, tablets, etc.). They also apply to use of the Website both through the Internet and through any other network or communication means.
Nothing in these Terms detracts from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: “Consumer Protection Law”) and its regulations, as applicable to the Website (hereinafter: “the Provisions”), except where such provisions can be waived and such waiver has been made explicitly or implicitly on the Website.
The Company and Website Management endeavor to present the most complete and comprehensive information about products, including images. Nevertheless, it is clarified that despite good faith, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may appear on the Website without intent to deceive, and the Company, Website Management, and the Website bear no liability for any such inaccuracies or errors.
Chapter titles are provided solely for the convenience and orientation of the client and shall not be used for interpreting the Terms.
Typographical errors shall not bind the Company.
Product images on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Additionally, there may be differences in appearance, color, size, etc., between the images as shown on the Website and reality.
Copying or using, or permitting others to use in any other way, content from the Website — including on other websites, electronic publications, print publications, etc. — for any other purpose is prohibited.
The date and time recorded in the Company's computer systems shall be the decisive time for all matters.
Registration on the Website
To place an order for products, the client must register on the Website through an online registration form.
Any person, including companies, may use the Website, including making purchases through it, provided they are legally capable of performing binding legal acts, hold a valid credit card issued by one of the credit card companies (hereinafter: “the Client”). Registration is one-time; after registration, the client will not be required to register again for future purchases.
When registering, the client must provide a username, password, and email address or connect via a third party (e.g., Google or Meta). Password resets will be handled automatically by the Website system.
Website Management may from time to time request additional identification details.
Without derogating from the above, the Company may deny any person access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including in any of the following cases:

Copyrights

These rights apply among other things to the data on the Website, including product lists, descriptions, designs, and any other related details.
These rights also apply to the Website’s name and domain name, trademarks (registered or not), which are all the property of the Company. No use is permitted without prior written consent.
No copying, reproduction, distribution, sale, marketing, leasing, or translation of any Website content, including trademarks, images, texts, product designs, etc., is permitted without prior written approval.
Deep linking to content other than the Website’s homepage is prohibited unless the deep link leads to the full page exactly as it appears on the Website, allowing identical use and viewing, and only with Website Management’s consent.
Website Management reserves the right to revoke consent for deep linking at any time, at its sole discretion, without any claim or demand from the client.
Liability
The Company (or anyone on its behalf) shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages arising from or related in any way to repair, assembly, or replacement of products.
The Company (or anyone on its behalf) shall not be liable for damages resulting from use or reliance on information published on external websites accessible through the Website. The Company strives to cooperate only with reputable and reliable suppliers.
The Company (or anyone on its behalf) shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages arising from use or performance of the Website.
In any case, the Company will not be liable for actions of any third party outside its full control.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All personal details of the client (name, email, etc.) will be stored in the Company's databases.
The Company will not transfer the client’s personal information to any other party except suppliers when necessary.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company may transfer the client’s personal data to third parties in cases where the client has acted or omitted to act in a manner harming or potentially harming the Company and/or third parties, has used the Company’s services to perform illegal acts, upon receiving a court order to do so, or in any dispute or legal proceeding.
The Company may use the client’s personal data anonymously for statistical analysis and presentation or transfer to other entities.
As these actions take place in an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from hacking or exposure of information by unauthorized actors. If a third party manages to access or misuse the information, the client has no claim or demand against the Company.
The Company may use “cookies” to provide faster and more efficient service and save the client from re-entering personal details on each visit.
In cases beyond the Company's control or due to force majeure, the Company shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the client or anyone on their behalf due to loss or unauthorized use of information.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable to these Terms and to any action or dispute arising from them is exclusively Israeli law.
In any dispute, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa (Magistrate or District) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The law governing use of the Website, orders, and these Terms, including interpretation and enforcement, shall be Israeli law exclusively.
